Speedometer error

There have been lots of reports of MkV GTI (and GLIs?) speedometer reading higher than actual speed. VW initially had an official statement [vwvortex] on this issue, but has since released a TSB on how to fix this issue. See below for link on how to use VAG-COM to make this fix [vwvortex].
